By using VantageAI ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
VantageAI provides LLM API cost tracking, analytics, and observability tools. The Service is provided "as is" and features may be added, changed, or removed as the product evolves.
You may not use VantageAI to: (a) violate any applicable law; (b) send fraudulent or misleading event data; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service; (d) share your API key publicly or use it in client-side code exposed to end-users; (e) exceed rate limits in a way that degrades service quality for other users.
The Free plan includes up to 10,000 event ingestions per calendar month. Exceeding this limit will block further ingestion until the next month or until you upgrade to a paid plan. VantageAI reserves the right to adjust free tier limits with 30 days' notice.
You retain ownership of your usage data. By using the SDK you grant VantageAI a limited licence to store, process, and display that data within your account dashboard.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods except where required by applicable law.
VantageAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 3 months.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
