VantageAI collects API usage metadata that you send through the SDK — token counts, model names, latency measurements, and cost estimates. We do not store the content of your prompts or model responses. Only statistical event data is retained.
We also collect your email address and organisation name when you sign up, for account identification and transactional email (e.g. API key recovery).
Usage data is used solely to provide the VantageAI dashboard — cost tracking, analytics, budget alerts, and team reporting. We do not sell your data to third parties or use it to train AI models.
Events are stored in Cloudflare D1 (SQLite on Cloudflare's global network). All data is encrypted at rest and in transit via TLS. Your API key hash is stored using SHA-256 — the plaintext key is never stored and is shown only once at signup.
VantageAI uses API key authentication. Your key is hashed on arrival and never stored in plain text. There are no passwords. Key recovery is available via a one-time email to your registered address.
The dashboard uses localStorage to persist your API key and preferences in your browser. No third-party advertising cookies are set. No tracking pixels or analytics SDKs are loaded.
Events are retained per your plan: Free (30 days), Team (1 year), Enterprise (custom). You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing [email protected].
VantageAI uses Resend to deliver transactional emails (key recovery, team invites). Your email address is passed to Resend solely for this purpose and is not used for marketing.
